How to overcome Trauma and move on?
Healing from Trauma can seems very hard but it's really not . You just have to trust the process and believe in yourself you deserve to be happy and healthy As well. here are some tips that will help you to recover from trauma .
How to overcome trauma?
first , give your self time: it may takes a couple of weeks or months or even a year to recover from past trauma, so try to be patient and give your self a chance through having a breakout from work to think about what happend and reconsider your ideas and the decisions you've made .
second,ask your self do i need to see a psychologist?: not all traumas are the same , some traumas are really hard to deal with and requires a specialist , so if you feel it deep down in your heart then go for it , ask for help and Go see a psychologist.
Third,Talk about it : do you know what is the best way to talk about something that bothers you? it's by making a video and speak about that issue then stop the video and watch it , this is a psychological technique to do a detox and getting to know your self more because we usually don't see ourselves when we speak about a trauma or a bad thing , once you do it you will be amazed by the results and you are going to discover more about your self .
fourth, Try meditation : meditation helps you remain calm during your healing journey , and it pures your soul and empty your Mind .
fifth, Go back to your old hobbies : this is a great way to recap your old one , practicing your favourite hobby will help you remember how you were before trauma and that will motivates you to fight that trauma and be you again!
sixth, learn from this experience : everything happens for a reason , right? Try to know the moral lesson from that experience , maybe there's something about your personality that needs to be changed or improved , once you discover that thing be grateful for what happend because it tought you a lesson and helped you became wiser and smarter.
Finally , Pray for it : Ask God to guide you and heal you from the trauma , just know that God is there for us and will Always help you out and lighten your life.
