  • First thing first is to Show gratitude : be grateful for everything you have right now , your health , your family , your loved ones ,your pet ...pay attention to the things you are taking for granted and show them gratitude , you might wake up one day and not find them .
  • Live in the present : you might have heared about this precious Quote "The past is history, the future is a mystery, and this moment is a gift. That is why this moment is called the present". all you have is now don't live in another time it only wastes your present moments , all what was in the past won't return , all what is in the future can't be predicted or controled , you have only this present moment , so enjoy it .

  • Set your Goals and be strategic: bring a cup of coffee or tea and relax while you think about your life goals and what are the things you really want to do , open your copybook and start brainstorming , write down every idea that comes to your mind then organize them and set your goals for 2022 and how you can reach them ,try to make a specific plan , a great way to make your plan is by dividing your goals into sub_goals then big goals , smaller steps that leads to the bigger steps. 

  • To do list: if you feel that you are wasting your time eyerday,and you want to do alot of things but ends up doing nothing , Then you probably need a to do list , start by writing what you have to do for the day and read that again after you accomplish all today's tasks reward your self by taking a breakout and just  relax while chilling and watching movies or do whatever you like .
