Trauma is the end of a bad   thing you've experienced   something that shocked you   and left you with an   emotional injury .trauma is   also a reaction of  facing a   harsh truth or an  unpredictable accident that made you taken aback.


Trauma can affect almost every aspect of your life your mental health , your body , your reaction towards people and your daily life routine. Some people suffer from past  trauma , like sex abuse in childhood or voilence . It's important to know that after facing a harsh truth or accident there's a high chance you will have a trauma  But first let's find out the exact symptoms of trauma .
